[MUSIC REVIEW]: Yung6ix Just Trapped Us With Shole
Like 2Baba said who “who get ear make him hear”, Yung6ix is one of the few underrated rappers we have in this industry. I don talk am before and I go still dey talk am, the boy is good, anybody way mention top 10 rappers and no put Yung6ix for that list, then that list should be discarded, why? Because na me talk so.
Make I no lie, I don even forget say Yung6ix still dey rap, me saying this, no mean say him career don run down but then again you know as this our music industry be, if you don’t release a song in three month, people starts to forget you and for Yung6ix, it’s being more than three months since he dropped a new song but thank goodness that has changed.
Yung6ix has dropped a brand new single and if you are a true fan of rap or hip pop then you will be as excited as I am right now when you listen to this song. Shole features Dammy Krane x Sinzu (Sauce Kid) and together they took Trap music to another level. The standout performer for me on this track has to be Dammy Krane, yes, my critics on Dammy Krane has been very heavy this year and it’s not because I don’t like his music, as a matter of fact, I’m a big fan but most of his songs this year has been trash but with the way he took the hook of this song, gaddmit, you can tell he his such talent and I would be a bias critic not to give him the accolades he deserve.
As for Yung6ix himself, the self-acclaimed King of the South did what he knows how to do best, giving some of the best trap flows I heard in a while and of course when you have Sinzu on a trap beat that is as dope as this, what else do you expect, he killed it on a 100. Without any doubt I can beat my chest to it that, this will go down as one of the best rap single and rap collaboration for the year, well for those who truly understand rap music anyway.
As for the rating, it will be will an 8/10.
